INAUGURATION OF FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT AT PIONEER INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SPORTS COMPLEX

On 5th May, 2018, Football Tournament was inaugurated at Pioneer International School Sports Complex, jointly by Pioneer International School, Sonkatch & Sports and Youth Welfare Department. The Founding Chairman of Pioneer Group Dr. CA Pramod Kumar Jain stated his vision of developing Pioneer Sports Complex at Sonkatch. Under his vision and guidancethe two-day football competition for Tehsil level sub-junior (both Boy’s & Girl’s category) was started on 05/05/2018 at the Pioneer International School Sports Complex.

On 5th May, under the Boy’s category, matches were played between the teams of Dewas, Sonkatch, Bagli and Kannod. The final match was played between Dewas and Bagli's Team, in which Bagli Team beat Dewas’s team by 3-0. The best player award in the final match was given to Mr. Siddharth Kalam, Bagli.

On 6th May, under the Girl’s Category, the matches were played between the teams of Sonkatch, Bagli, Kannod and Shujalpur. In the thrilling final, Bagli won the title by finishing with a score of 5-4 in penalty shootout. The award for best player in the final match was given to Ms. Preet Nayak, Sonkatch. 

In addition, an exciting Under-12 boy’s category friendly football match was also organized in the sports complex, in which Shujalpur team beat Sonkatch's team by 4-3. The best performance was done by Master Ragon Ninama

The grand opening of the competition was done by the school's Principal Mr. Akash Jain and Sports Coach Mr. Robert Ninama.
